Who We Are

Nestled in the in the Santa Lucia mountain Range lies Adelaida Vineyards & Winery. Located in the heart of the Adelaida District AVA, this majestic property has become an integral part of the Paso Robles wine region. For 35 years, Adelaida has made wines that respect their heritage and look to future.

Humble Beginnings

1964

Dr. Stanley Hoffman planted the first Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir vines in the craggy hillside terrain of what is now the HMR Vineyard in Paso Robles' Adelaida District. Dr. Hofffman planted some of the regions first Cabernet Sauvignon vines and continued in 1973 to plant Chardonnay in the HMR Vineyard.

Adelaida Vineyards & Winery, open daily, to taste our estate wine portfolio: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Viognier, and several Rhône-inspired blends. Located minutes from downtown in west Paso Robles, we invite guests to bring a picnic and join us at the tasting room surrounded by our walnut orchard located on Adelaida Road.

I was extremely happy with Sammy's limo service in Santa Barbara. They took great care of us from the time they picked us up to the very minute they dropped us off. We had an amazing time in Santa Ynez and owe it to these limo pros for making it possible. We will be using them again in the near future, guaranteed!
